Hi all,
I'm new to spearfishing and these forums so be gentle...

I was given these spearguns as part of a deceased estate. As you'll see in the pics there are some parts perished or missing etc.
I got to wondering whether they are worth restoring or not and so after spending a long time on the internet searching around I am stumped. Has anyone seen these before? I can't seem to find anything relating to a wooden speargun with POSEIDON engraved down the side? I don't really want to spend money restoring these if they're no good... Or maybe they're really good and I'm not appreciating what I've been given?

Can someone help to identify these?

..the poseidon lookes like someone custom- built it .
the other one sure is a omer master america.
its an older gun, but i know someone who ones one ,and he had only good things to say about it.
i would definetly trying to restore it and use it.

Thank you so much! That's most definitely the one. It does have Omer written on the handle but what model or how old etc. I didn't know. The Poseidon is still a bit of a mystery but if it's custom built it may not be 100% straight... That one might be better polished up and hung on the man cave wall :)

How long have these things been laying around? Some new rubbers and lines, a quick run through and some lube on the trigger mech and you’re probably good to go! :)
