The dates for the next Canadian Eastern Regional Freediving Championships have been announced - October 29, 30 & 31.

Plans are to host the constant ballast portion of the competition at the new 300 meter "Monster" quarry that was discovered earlier this year. It will be the first competition in the region without sever depth limitations and everyone is anxious to see what competitors will be announcing.

The week and weekend prior to the competition there will be Performance Freediving Clinics held by Kirk Krack. Clinics included are Basic Feediver, Intermediate Freediver and Judge in Learning.

Anyone interested in more information about the clinics or competiton should visit the CAFA site at www.freedivecanada.com
