Hi all
I think this has been asked before but no solid answers!
What are the rules regarding spear fishing in the Canaries, particularly Lanzarote!
I know it is allowed in certain spots but does anybody know how to find out where you can and can't fish. And if you need a licence?
Any info would be much appreciated.
