Can't open a new thread in the beach bar

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Been trying to open a new thread in the beach bar, most of the times when I press 'preview post' the page seems to start loading but then stops and stays blank. 'Submit' button gives this result 100% of the times.
I thought it was some kind of local network problem, tried reconnecting, rebooting, still can't post there. I tried opening a new thread on the test forum and it posted on first trial.

Anyone else experiencing these problems or is it just me?
Any advises?

(using firefox 2.0.0.4, win xp pro sp2)

PS: pressed 'preview post' a few times while writing this post and had no problems.
PPS: tried posting on the beach bar again with IE 6 and still couldn't preview the post.

Do you have an internet link in your message? If yes, look at the "Miscellaneaous Options" (below the additional options )and disable the automatic parsing and retrieving.

Just a try.

It worked! 10x!! :)
Was it because I edited the video link's name and it created some bug?

I don't know the real reason why :) - but I had had the same problem some time ago:t

I think the system makes some checks against the "real" link name and if it doesn't match it doesn't save it.

Anyway - nice that it works. Nice video!!!
