hi, everybody, i have been training DNF with my friend, my distance currently is 50m, but I have a problem since my arms are moving, I can't relax the muslc around my chest and let the contraction happens. it feels like the air almost will be pushed out everytime when I move my arm when I reach the 35-40. but when I was using my fins, i can totally relax my chest and let the contraction happen very easily. it bothers me because my STA is 4:30, so I can hold my breath much longer if i can just let the contraction happens.
does anyone meet similar problem before? how should I solve it?
