Hi guys, yesterday I did a max attempt (STA), which of course was quite a strain. I didn't have a Samba, but felt hypoxic when I came up.
As after other max attempts (DYN,DNF,STA) before, I repeatedly couldn't sleep properly last night. Actually I maybe slept for 3-4 hrs after I had a hard time to fall asleep and woke up very early.

Does anybody have an explanation for that?

Thanks Herup for referring to the other thread. I'll continue there.
