hey, anyone go diving this weekend?
we went to muizenberg for a surf on saturday but the waves were really small! then sunday was meant to be the world record (most surfers on a wave) at muizenberg, so we surfed milnerton to avoid the crowds. so no diving, but lots of surfing happened...and i found out just how unfit i was! first time on a board in about 4 months!

Nope no diving for me you guys know my story for the weekend, so perhaps we should try the Soetwater diving / braaing trip for the coming weekend? If this weather holds it will possibly be the best weekend weve had so far :)
So What do you think?

Just had a quick look at the weather for the week.
Sunday once again sounds like the best day if we plan on a bigish gathering, 19 deg partly cloudy with a moderate south westerly wind. According to Faiz south winds is best for Soetwater, Saturday will be partly coudy 18deg with a fresh north westerly.

Hmm Contradicting weather reports, well thats nothing new hey.
Lets play it by ear from Thursday when reports will be more accurate. Whichever day has a S- SW wind and the highest temp wins methinks as there will perhaps be a few non diving people joining in again...
O cr*p wife mite be working on Saturday I just remembered, so Ill only be able to do Sunday if she works...
O well we always have BEER :fridayrofl:friday

haha you okes and your beers! if theres no diving, go surfing! keeps you fit and u still get to spend time in the ocean! (lucky for me i got my gfriend into surfing...so theres no moaning when it comes to that!)

Preferably while sitting next to the beach with a fire burning and watching your line disappear in the water while you watch those crazy surfers on the other side of the reef rofl.
I tried surfing I dont have the balance for it rofl
