Hey guys, how was everybodys weekend. Hope you all had better luck than us :)
Went to Yzers this weekend as you know and Friday night had a good evening with weather looking promising for the next day. The wind caused quite a swell to run around Dassen but we went out anyways as viz was awesome, 15 - 30m. At our first spot I stayed on the boat, trying to get my sea legs after the night before, it was one of our mates' birthday and we won the rugby :friday. So as everybody got on the boat and we opened the fish hatch, it was full of water, hmm problem and out comes the bailing bucket. We went back to huis baai where it was nice and quiet to do a quick inspection of the hull and found a moerse crack taking in water by the buckets full, so it was decided best to head back to the harbour and call it a day. The comp delivered mostly hotties with the odd milkfish and two big gallies, and a baber so yea it wasnt our day but all in all a nice weekend :friday

sounds like fun nevertheless!
