. Does anybody know how are the spearfishing rules in Cape Verde - Boa Vista? Must I buy some license, or can I hunt completelly free of charge, or the only possibility is to go with some agency? Is please anyone here who could answer my questions? Because I am new here in the forum and in spearfishing family too, I do not have so much experiences to find these answers on the Web sites, because I do not where to find them.
