Hi there. Thanx for asking. I didn't dive at the main beach but did go to mission rocks. We walked up north(having in mind the usual N-S current, but swell was massive so was in and out and when we landed we were 500m NORTH instead of South!! LOL...
We tried again to drift from Maiden Bay to the N4 beacon just South of vidal but didn't even see 1 fish, i had my flasher out but nada. There were some spearos that went to Leven point and had success. So much for my great spearing trip!! How's the diving at RB? WHat fish did you manage to get at Cape Vidal? Do you know where the CV bay officially ends because the noticeboard says no spearing in the bay? Thanx.
