I have been using #2 stiffness Captain Nemo fiberglaze fins for three years. They have been very tough. Yet, they don't have the pop that they used to have.

I am considering buying #2 stiffness Captain Nemo Carbon fins. Is there anyone who has used them that can provide feeback on them? I am 6'2" and about 215 lbs. and train with fins several times a week. Can anyone suggest if the #2 stiffness is the way to go if I am spearfishing for long days at inside of 15 meters on the North Coast of California? Does anyone have feedback on how long the Nemo Carbon fins retain their responsiveness?

I am happy to spend the extra money to get the Spearo Bluetecs if the Bluetecs are better in design, materials, and construction. I have heard many folks rave about the Bluetecs. Yet, I have not heard from folks who have used the Captain Nemo Carbon Fiber fins yet.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Tom
