Carbon Monoxide Poisoning?

Would there be any potential additional danger associated with scuba for someone who has had carbon monoxide poisoning in the past?

IMHO (I'm not a medical professional): As long as you have fully recovered, there is not damage to the lungs (from smoke or chemicals), and a doctor says its OK, one shouldn't have any risk beyond the normal risk associated with SCUBA.

As long as its more than a few weeks ago, there should be no problem, its the heamaglobin in the red blood cells that takes up the CO and wont release it, so once those cells have died off and been processed through the body you should be fine
