It looks it has the basic functionality needed (depth, dive time, surface time, temperature). However at that price you can already buy a full featured freediving computer, or even a quite advanced scuba+freedving computer that will be likely better suiting the specific needs of freediving.

Before choosing, I recommend downloading the user manual and looking into the smaller details like for example diverse alarms, or other features available at standard diving computers. You can compare it then with the computers listed at APNEA.cz - Freediving Computers

The main advantage of the Casio is probably its small size, but it may also turn into disatvantage if you cannot read the display easily underwater. So if you have the possibilito to test the model (or another of similar similar), try it before buying.
