Fairly new to free diving and spearing but can breath hold around 2 min under water. In central FL looking to meet others to dive with and spear with if you have a boat or places to swim from shore. I'll offer gass money and assistance with anything. Let me know, I need more friends that dive!

Hi Matt. Have you replied to threads from other folks in your area? We have a good contingent of Florida divers, and more joining all the time. Your chances of finding a buddy are very good.

I have looked but haven't found many recent threads for people in my area so I figured I'd make a new post. Thanks!

You may want to reply to older threads. You never know. Best of luck!

I'm in Polk County. Like the clear lakes in Highlands county for practice, 80' deep at one. Also like exploring sinkholes. Only know one spot in Ft. Pierce for spearfishing but don't go out there too often. I'm up for whatever...

Also new to free diving and spear fishing. I live in CFL but over on the east coast. Don't have a boat but a couple of kayaks. The waters up here unfortunately aren't very suited to spear fishing , gotta go south.

I'm in the fort pierce area, kayaking out is pretty good on the east coast plus I just feel better with a yak than a tiny flag.
