I would like to get input from people as to a correlation of 2 pieces of information that would be useful. I would like to compare static apnea versus using a CO2 table with 1 breath.

Let me give an example. My best 1 breath CO2 effort was the following. Let me define this. It’s no breathe up. It’s just take a breath. Then hold and you get 8 holds with 1 breath between. Of course the last breaths will be shorter holds. My best effort on this exercise is 13:00 min. There were essentially 7 breaths between all about 5 sec. therefore of the 13:00 I held for 12:25.

My best static was about 2 months ago and I did a 6:45. I advanced quickly and over an 8 month period with training went from 4:10 to 5:00 to 5:30 to 6:00 to a jump to 6:45. Each of these 1-2 months between jumps.

I would like people to do a 1 breath X 8 and get a time and report it and give their static best in addition. Both need to be recent however. If you had a 7:00 best static 5 years ago and now do this CO2 that won’t accurately correlate. Thanks in advance.

I'll give it a try. But first I want to get back into the groove, give me a couple of weeks.
Are we supposed to do both of these in the same session - or maybe a couple of days apart?
