Changes to comercial Freediving / scuba diving activities in New Zealand

As of the 1st of November 2014 there are new laws coming into effect in NZ regarding diving.
This is only for commercial activities not clubs.
The government department administering this is WORKSAFE NZ, if you are running any courses both SCUBA and FREEDIVING or commercial diving activities i strongly recommend you get a hold of them and register your intentions before NOV 1 as after that date you are committing an offense under NZ law.
This is part of the more broad sweeping introduction of THE ADVENTURE TOURISM ACT.
And THE CORPORATE MANSLAUGHTER ACT.
The ASNZ 2299v3 is the standard operators need to adhere to. Here is a link to a document taken from it.
