I have been dealing with a lot of dirty un-diveable water lately, the wind has been very strong and it churns up the surf which rips up all the weed and sediment.
So does anybody have any tips on stopping the wind in our area, or at least moving it from the coast somewhere else?
 
Speak to the CIA and many other govt agencies., they have been modifying the weather for well oer 100 years
