I have a background as a commercial diver starting in 1979 in Floirda then working as a diver to the military. For the last 4 years or so I have been in the desert but come back and fourth home to Florida
I have dove all over the world on remote islands, very lucky!
I started spearfishing in Florida when I was 10 by making my own hawaiian sling out of thread spool rubber bands and close hangers (the wire kind) I was pretty efficient at shooting sheephead in shallow water! I have gotten out of swim shape but just started water training in the canals and ocean where I live.
