Hi, I just came across this link:
http://www.timex.com/datalink/softw...x.html#bodylink
Maybe you know already about it (I always arrive late to the best things )
Is a training software. You can track how many time in which activity have you spend and in which
Heart Rate Zone. You can also track your
weight and your resting pulse.
As long as you define your own HR zones
and there are 5 of them, you can have two for aerobic training. other for anaerobic and two for apnea: O2 and CO2 zone. This way you can track how many time/week (day or month)
you have spent in this two zones (and also track aerobic and anaerobic). You can make graphs of time spent in every zone. You can also define activities, so you can create 'O2 static' and 'CO2 static' 'CO2 walking' 'CO2 dynamic' and so on...
You can also track you Personal Bests if you fill the daily Weigth and Resting Pulse boxes with them
Also, It's pretty easy to use. And really complete. And... freeeeee
No, I'm not getting paid by timex!!!
