Alrighty now. I've been trying to "make the turn" at 75m during DYN, and can't seem to get my body to do it. I come up fine, no blueness to my lips, and just a little leg burn. (in the meantime, I get to enviously spot my dear husband on his effortless 125m DYN...no, really...I LOVE it!:head).
I know that my issue is simply a "mind over matter" thing, and I just need to get over it to progress to 100m. That being said, today I experienced chest burn JUST as I was supposed to make my turn at the end of 75m. I felt okay otherwise, but it felt like needles all over the front of my chest. Not in the lungs, not in my arms/shoulders...but isolated to my pectoral muscles. WTF? Anyone ever experience this, or have any advice on how to ignore it? It was pretty freakin' freaky, and it's never happened before today.
Thanks all!
