chimichuri sauce

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

hole haed of garlic in crash
1/2 glass of oregano dry leaves ( 2-3 spoons )
mag full with well choped persely(330cc mag..)
salt n pepa...
2 spoons full of red sweet paprika
aji molido 1-11/2 spoon (argentinian spices if you have.)
1/2 spoon grind dry red hot chili pepers
1 spoon grind dry sweet peper
1-1/2 glass of vinegar (350cc)
1-1/2 glass of oil (300 cc)
mix evreything and add the vinegar wait for 1/2 hour mix well
then add the oil ( if the oil get the mix before the vinegar it will not let
the vinegar to get into the mix!!!!!!!!!! )
mix well again
put in the frige (you can use it for 120-150 days )

Is this sauce the same as the red sauce that is found in the Canary Islands? It sounds like something similar

5 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Cumin seeds
3 dried red Cillies
Salt
3 - 4 tblsns breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 - 3 tblsns Red wine winegar
4 - 5 tblsns olive oil
1/2 cup water (as needed)
