CNN story featuring a spearo???

Anybody see a short piece on CNN Headline News today (10/9) that had some shots of a spearo underwater? The teaser looked like the guy was an artist who made fishing lures or something? It caught my eye, but because I have stoopid Comcast, the last five minutes of every 30-minute HN segment is deleted in favor of a "Comcast Local Edition" show, so I was never able to see the news story.

What was it about?
