Hi everyone.

Just thought I'd share two apps I found useful to my training. Feel free to share any others. Both of these are for android on Playstore. I don't know if they are available in other operating systems.

The one is called: Unaerobic

THe other: Apnea trainer.

I'm not affiliated with the product or the developer or publisher in any way. Just sharing useful training aids I use.

Feel free to add ur own. Cheers. Mozzie

Cheers mate, just downloaded and did my first training on Apnea Trainer.

Also got that one. Do you reckon it's cool to do CO2 followed by O after, or is a gap required?

Soo, which one is it? Theres a few apps in app store called the same?

Is it the "STAmina Apnea Trainer" by Valeryi Kovalenko or Apnea Trainer by "Jan Luther"?

Both of those Apps will be reviewed in the next couple of weeks on DB...I am using STAmina and Apnea Trainer...one for CO2 and the other for O2, for what it's worth on the iOS system...our Android reviews will be out next month, I think.

From what I learnt from different blogs, the opinion seems to be that you shall only do CO2 or O2 the same day. Not both at the same time.

Yeah I think doing one on one day and the other one another day might be a good idea. Don't know if there's science behind it, but logic would tell you that it's best to split the days
