Hi All

Im new to freediving as far as really taking it seriously, before it was just breath hold spearfishing without real knowledge of what to do. I will be attending the Performance Freedivng Intermediate course this October and can't wait. I would like to know the reasons and benefits behind the tables and also how many should be done a day or week, both O2 and CO2 together right after each other with a little break obviously between them? If you all could explain them to me and give me an idea as to how and when they should be done this would be great. Should i practice these to help improve my breath hold capabilities before the course? thanks all I appreciate it alot.

if you go to search then type in what your looking for all will be revealed in great detail,Enjoy!!!
