Ok I've been doing the tables a week and a half.

On the CO2 tables I start at 2:00 with a static of 1:45 and decrease the vent by 15 sec at each stage down to 30 seconds.

So here's the question. While doing the CO2 tables and holding my breath (static) I'm very comfrotable, however I hear a creaking at the back of my Throat (like a hinge creaking or something:confused: ). I don't know if it's a problem, if it's inefficient, or if it makes no differnece at all, just thought I would ask the experts here.

When I'm done my throat feels a little scratchy and horse, and my voice sounds a little different.

Thanks for the help.

My guess: You are squeaking air up the back of your throat from your lungs. You'll find that goes away with time. The dry and scratchy feeling is from you basically clearing your throat while you are doing the tables. You may even find the muscles in the back of your throat get a bit sore. But like everything else they will get stronger and you will get better and you won't notice the creaking after a while.

Gman,

Thanks for the response. My primary concern was that air was shifting aroung and that might lead to shorter bottom times.

Thanks again.
