Hi ,

I'm doing the new Co2 one breath training 1'' for 8 round ,I want to know how to start ,I mean for regular Co2 table you need to start by 50 % of your best ,and if you can do 100 sec in table you will estimate your best as 200 sec ,so how it will work for that new revolution table ?I push my self till the uncomfortable stage no contractions but squeeze in my throat and little pushing from my lung

Simply increase the breath hold time until you find the table difficult but bearable.

today third day in this table ,I do 60'' for 8 round +another round to challenge and I got max hold 1 min 35 sec , what next ? it seem easier than before !!

Keep increasing the time until you can only do 6 or maybe 7.... Then stay there until 8 is easy and you can get to 9 often.

Then increase another :05.

Rinse, repeat.

once i return to pool training i ll do it dynamic with fin , what about u guys ?how long u can do it >1,20 ?

My current PB is 6:20. Forget about these rules that breath hold time during tables should be a given percentage of your PB. It doesn't matter at all. Adjust the time until the table becomes difficult but you are still able to complete it on most occasions.

thanks for advises I'm moving every week 5 second more ,but I have a question if I managed 20 contractions without BO in static ,can I managed 15 contractions in dynamic ? I used to float when the first contraction hit but may be this not correct Shall I stay ? this question for my safety .

It's hard to say. BO is a tricky thing. I'm sure you are able to swim a certain distance with contractions but nobody knows for how long. This is why you should always have a buddy with you.
