Hello! The Co2 tables should be done at one day on one day off routine?

You probably should take at least one day off after an intense CO2 or O2 table. But everyone is different. When you start a table session, think about how you feel - if you feel tired from the get-go you should probably stop and rest a day or two longer. But if you are feeling good then go for it. Better to rest too much than overwork yourself. If it becomes a difficult chore then you will just get discouraged and eventually quit.
