Does anybody know any good excercises for increasing CO2 tolerance? What does one have to do to delay his contractions during static?
I am practicing both constant and static and as my constant gets better (-50) my static is getting worse :(. I get contractions very early, much earlier then I did few months ago...
Does constant weight training affect someone's CO2 tolerance?
Don't know what to do, I need my static back!
