co2 under blankets

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

i think a good way to get used to co2 is to put the blanket over your head when you sleep. anybody else tried this. you can still breathe but it is slightly harder to.
 
blanket training sounds intriguing, but i think you're missing something.

add some intense physical activity :inlove while under the blanket, the sweatier the better.

now that's training!

also, to train hypoxia you might try sleeping with a plastic bag over your head ;).

So I was "training" this morning??? Wow, and I thought i was late to work for purely pleasurable reasons!

... and why just stick to Co2 training? just lite a smoke while under the blanket for some hc CO training. With luck you BO and set the bed on fire... :blackeye

Comon guys, don't be preaching about the new techniques without pointing out the dangers to beginners!

Please note, solo blanket CO2 training can result in blindness and body parts falling off!!

So my Gran used to tell me.
