Hey, I was wanting to know and wondering how weight training and yoga can be combined to train. I have read in many interviews that freedivers often do both gym and yoga, with pool training. I was wondering how they accomplish that as both exercises contradict themselves. I'm assuming that they only do minimal training with weights and only strengthen those muscles required for swimming? Any tips, the goal being here to combine Yoga and weight training for swimmers?
