Cocos Island Liveaboard Eco-expedition!
Do you want to experience adventure, mystery and an exceptional utopia of nature? Turtle Island Restoration Network is offering a special, luxury research live-aboard trip Cocos Island, Costa Rica, November 10-22, 2013.
Our nonprofit organization, Turtle Island Restoration Network, conducts tagging and research on sea turtles and sharks at the Island. Divers will enjoy three dives daily at one of the world's premiere sites for large pelagic sharks and other species, and the luxury experience and care of the Undersea Hunter's vessel, Argo, as well as a unique opportunity to work with award-winning conservationists and marine biologists: Todd Steiner, Randall Arauz, Boris Worm and Alex Hearn.
Total costs are $7,210 which covers all meals, nitrox refills, and transportation between your hotel. Expenses may be tax-deductible as participants are volunteers in a citizen science project.
