Constrictor knot the easy way

It seems that a lot of guys who use the constrictor knot to tie bands form the knot around the rubber after the wishbone is already inserted. It works, but its a pain in the ass, and there is a much quicker and easier way. Form the knot as in this video, then slide it onto the band and tighten.

Obviously, you need an open end to slide the knot on. So the drill is to insert the wishbone into one end of the band, slide the knot over the other end of the wishbone and onto the rubber, then pull it tight.

Then form another knot, slide it onto the other end of the band and push it up a few inches out of the way. Then insert the wishbone and slide the knot down into place near the end and tighten.

Please forgive the poor production values. This is my debut at instructional videos, and Hollywood isn't calling yet.
