Hey guys!
I have two rounded large buoys and i am looking to build a diy counter ballast system for deep dive training with my buddy..any good resources or advices?

Nice video.explains everything.but if the freediver is 70kg and in an emergency we must release the counter weight we must have 70kg counter weigth(the freediver weight)?

The freediver weights less because he is in the water. AIDA recommends 50 kg as a counter ballast weight. It will be enough and also in case of emergency after you throw the ballast you should pull the rope too.
