For all free-divers or spear-fishermen. What is the best way to train to increase your bottom time?

I can only make a thread in this interduction and post category anyone know why?

Use a scuba tank. That will help with your bottom time.:blackeye

Just kidding! A freediving course would be your best bet and the safest.
