We have one space left on our last full course of the year - Beginner Freediver at Chepstow on 16/17 October - covers static apnea, dynamic apnea, constant weight and free immersion - same content as the AIDA 2 Star bar one dive (because they won't let us teach it in a weekend!). Certification through PADI Distinctive Specialty and/or AIDA ** if you come back for one more dive - details are on Freedive Courses at SaltFree and the price is £250.

If you're in Cornwall, I also have a few spaces on a pool intro session to Static and Dynamic Apnea at Helston on 2 October, 11am to 1pm, £40 and we'll cover all the pool stuff from the AIDA **. After that you'll be more than welcome to join our Monday night training sessions (£5 per hour).

Email me on sam@saltfreedivers.com if you're interested

Beginner pool session is now on 9 October - otherwise as above.
