Hi Guys,
Recently started to learn snorkelling. Unfortunately only after a few minutes or less I get gramp in my calves and toes. (fins are the right size)
I am slim, don't smoke and run 9 miles every other day with no problem.
Has anybody got any tips to avoid cramp.
