Hello,
I dived on Sunday, and today, two days later, I still get pain in one leg.
Water temp was 10 degrees, which is more or less comfortable here, we dived at 30m for 5 minutes, then at 20m for around 10 minutes, then between 10m and 5m for a total duration of 30 minutes, with deco.
I got cramps in one leg after 5 minutes, I told it to the group leader, he slowed down a bit. After a few minutes, no more signs of cramps. At around 20 minutes after the start, I tried to go a bit faster, and got a intense cramp in the same leg. I had to stop, rest a bit and extend this leg. No more pain for the rest of the dive, but I still feel a bit uneasy today.
I'm not a great sportmen, I walk an half hour each day, ride bicycle regulary, have a pool training session each week. I tend to start having cramps at the end of apnea sessions, this time we were on air. Dive conditions were good for this time of year, a bit cool but OK. I was a bit tired and didn't dive since one month, so nothing special.
For the remaining pain: it is usual with cramps, or should I inquire about something more serious, like muscular or tendon problems ?
