This one probably only concerns the Western Australian guys, but I'm sure Crusty will appreciate the story.
Went for a dive with a couple of mates at Blackwall Reach on Sunday, three of us on scuba looking for Crabs and two of us having a freedive for some flathead/cobbler.
In the murk of the river, the guys on scuba ran into a wreck in about 15m of water by pure chance and found a goodsize crayfish (around 95mm carapace) sitting quietly on the side of the old boat. Apparently it was kind of dopey for a cray and was an easy catch.
It was a strange colour with the river water and sediment, but it still tasted delicious!! Anyone else ever heard of this b4?
