I'm trying to get into freediving, and had some questions about fin sizing. The shops in my area carry very little freediving equipment, and none carry cressi stuff. I was planning on buying a pair of Cressi Gara 3000 LD fins, and wanted to be sure I get an accurate size. I wear a Euro 42, or a US mens 8, or a US womens 10.5. However, my feet tend to run on the small size. I'm planning on getting a pair of 2mm socks. Do you recommend a 7/8 or 8/9?

Thanks all,
Brian

feet shapes vary, but cressi tend to run smaller than other popular fins (noteably Omer) at the same size.

I find the Cressi foot pockets fit close to normal shoes. So if you are going to wear with a 3mm sock go one size up of what would fit your normal foot.

Just bought a pair of 3000 LDs for a friend of mine in California. She is a Woman's 9 and said they fitted with 8/9 with 3mm socks. The 7/8 were too small with socks.
