Cressi Gara LD Questions

Local dive shop has one pair of these for $100 in my size. I have a couple of questions

A: is this a reasonable price (Marked down from $180 hahahaha)

B: Foot pocket is firmer than I am used to - find are 10-11 and I normally wear a 10.5-11. These seem fairly snug and relatively rigid compaired to my Dacor Longblades. Do these run small? Is the firmer pocket normal for a long blade fin?

I am working them on the price - see if I can get it down to $85

Input greatly appreciated.
