Jon what's going on? looks like a major Garage sale! - do you have government permission for that?

Freediving has pretty much hit the skids over here. Most of my buddies have moved to warmer climates or given up. My favorite winter spot is dead and gone. I was OK with spearfishing solo, but now it looks as if the state wants to ban that as well. With two little kids at home I'm not comfortable with my solo exploits anymore so it's time to go back to scuba. If I clear out my gear locker I should be able to pick up a drysuit and twin set and head back out to the deeper wrecks in the Great Lakes.

Thanks for asking,

Jon

Just have a little brake with scuba, but when your siblings get older they for sure would like to give freediving a try :) Still some pool work can give you relaxation and joy I think.

I would at least save my favorite setup so when the urge becomes too strong I can run out and have some nice soul diving. Or when a DB mate comes over I can share some quality water time.

Maybe in the not so distant future your wild fish is the only source for good affordable protein. I would think it's totally awesome if my dad went fishing - hunting and caught some real food!

I believe all the means for independence will be made illegal, unpractical and socially taboo in due time. But then there is the saying:

'When you live in a state where everything is forbidden, everything is allowed.'

- I'm not sure it's a 100% correct quote, but I hope you get the idea.

Love, Courage and Water,

Kars
