what i do wrong and what i do ok?

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9S28uQZC84Y]YouTube - monofin glide[/ame]

not bad Vali.

for me i thnk less movement of the arms and head, try tokeep them straight and not part of the undulation.

slow down a bit and make the movement more fluid like a wave. little bit too ben t in the knees butt not terrible.

make the up and down stroke a little more even maybe.

otherwise i think looks pretty good, your using your body to generate the power which is nice and you have good even power distibution on the fin so that you are not getting any side slip really.

others are more experienced but i think its not too bad.

cancel that movement of the shoulder and arms they are needed as a pivot point the overall amplitude of movement should decrease form the edge of your feet towards your head similiar the movement of a fish
