Croatia 2007

Am thinking of putting together a freediving trip to Croatia next year and interested in knowing what people want from a freedive holiday.

7 days of hardcore Constant Weight training?

A few days of training CW, a couple of days siteseeing, some time asleep on the beach and a few good bars?

Pool training? (on holiday? you gotta be kidding!)

Please post here what your ideal freedive holiday would include so I can start hatching a plan!

Yep plenty of static and pool training, preferably indoor

For me, it would be a couple of days constant weight (or just plain old snorkelling - it's good to remember that it's not all about following a rope), couple of days sightseeing, good food, good bars and some flexible attitudes (ie. just go with the flow). Plenty of stuff to keep non-freediving partners interested (which increases likelihood of getting permission!)

For me it would be 2 deep dive trainings every 3 days and the rest of the time snorkeling/spearfishing and rest.

If it is during my holiday then I am there!!
I would be happy staying on a deep line for the whole time and getting DEEP.
Will see you all in June and hope to make the trip if it goes ahead

I'm up for anything that involves a holiday, and freediving !! (although the sleeping on a beach thing sounds pretty good too!)

Might be good to have some scuba nearby..... might be able to talk Rich into coming then !!
