HOUSE
Casa Giovanni is situated in the pretty, small village of Premantura, on the South tip of the Istrian coast. This is the best area for spearfishing,swimming, snorkeling, and all other water sports and activities. The very best spot for those who are here to enjoy the crystal clear sea.
It is tucked away from the center to provide peace and quiet in the evening hours and it is only a few hundred meters from the beach and local path ideal for the evening walks by the sea. The interior of the house has been recently refurbished, combining the modern style with the classic design of the house. A beautiful barbeque area with a big table for twelve is ideal for dining al fresco in the evening. Alternativly, the other terrace that is covered is ideal for afternoon siestas and tea-time.

Ground floor: Dining room. Three stairs leading down to large living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower room (washing machine). Double bedroom. Bedroom with twin beds
Outside: Lawned garden with mature trees. Private parking. Barbecue area with a big 12 persons table. Covered terrace
