Croatian Islands: Lastovo, Mljet, Dugi Otok

Does anybody know whether one of these three Croatian islands is a good spot for spearfishing? Is there any special regulations one has to obey in these areas?

Or does anybody know a(nother) nice island for spearfishing in the south of Croatia?

Part of Mljet is a national park, hence no spearfishing allowed.
