Crossfit & Freediving

Hi all, Is doing crossfit good for freedivers (can make them fit for holding breath under water morw) ? For people that don't know what crossfit is constantly varied high intensity functional movement.

Humoud, any type of high intensity training is good for freediving. Running, tennis, cycling, etc.. Being fit will most certainly allow you to hold your breath longer. Keep in mind that you're not going to get better at freediving by just working out. You're going to need to do Co2 and O2 tables to learn to hold your breath longer and relax. This is all from personal experience. I'm not an expert though. Some other members who know much more than I do will probably chime in.

Thank you alot Jake, I will be continueing my crossfit training and my CO2 tablesz tyvm bro ^.^
