as i promised
here you have a great recipe for curvina in oven or grill

my dear muslems friend can skip the alcohol in this one

here it goes

1 nice curvina from 750 gr & up
guice from 1.5 lemon
2 spoons of ouzo ( uozo 12 or Metaxa :t )
half spoon of salt
half spoon of ground pepper
3-4 spoons of olive oil
4-5 cloves of garlic ( 2 of them crushed 2 of them sliced)
5-6 big mint leafes well choped!
2-3 hot chili peppers
mix all well !!
put the fish in naylon bag with the sauce
close the naylon bag & put it in the frige for 3-4 hours
you can leave it over night also
shake it from time to time

put your oven on 220-250 c
put the fish with the sauce on it for 10 min
change the temp for 180-190 c for 20 min more
twice take the sauce with the spoon & put it on the fish
it helps to keep the fish from being dry

for the cold sauce

guice from 1 lemon
1 spoon of olive oil
1 spoon of Uozo
salt n pepper
well choped mint & basil leafes
mix it well
this can be used also for
dentax sea bream big sarago grouper

Mundial, you forgot to add the 15 glasses of ouzo that you drink while eating such a tasty dish. we do almost the same with çipura(sea bream) just as you said, minus the ouzo, we use Rakı
