Very sad to see how thousands of fish had perished because of the extremely low temperatures we have being sustaining for quite a long, if yet intermittent, period.
Now we see the news of about 250 (all along from Biscayne Bay to Key West) manatees that died because of hypothermia. The marine biologist explained that they become lethargic, sink and are unable to float back surface in order to breath!

Like if that wasn’t enough, the coral reefs have also been severely damaged by those same extremely low temperatures. And tomorrow, Thursday 25, we have yet another cold front coming in!
Put all of this together with what the “grapevine” winds are bringing in, like a potential PERMANENT fishing (both spear and line ones) prohibition which is said to be in “the works” for depths inferior to 60 feet and ...I’m seriously thinking of taking back ping-pong!

P.S. For clarification sake, the fishing moratory has only been mentioned in small circles of “inside” people. NOTHING OFFICIAL ABOUT IT…YET!
