more great footage to come i am sure - and monster performances from Rosibel, Erin and Ashley.....

cheers,

kp

good luck for tonight KP!!

will be thinking "long and silent" for you ;)

Tomorrow is the last day of the PFI Cayman comp - lots of great dives planned including National Record attempts for Erin Magee and Rosibel Molina. Greg Fee and myself (Jen Balfour) will be trying to set the inaugural Canadian VWT records after the comp dives tomorrow. Should be a fun wrap up to the event!

Best of luck to all the divers and a special shout-out to all the support crew, safety divers, judges, etc!

Good luck on the variable weight records! The Canadian women's record is either 115m or 118m by Mandy -- it will be challenging to beat !

Actually for some weird reason Mandy doesn't have a variable on record - so Jen got the Canadian national record yesterday with an easy 50m - the records is now hers so congrats to Jen. :king

(Mandy is planning on variable, among other things when she gets back in, and she will....)

Yeah, I mean technically Mandy-Rae's CWT should count as the VWT (where the variation in the weight is 0!) but it's not listed? Anyhow, she encouraged me to go for it and put something in the books I and figured why not have something there for her to smash when she's back in training again? It was a fun dive, though very very slow off the start. I'd like to try a deeper one sometime, just to see how I do at a greater depth; that was my deepest dive to date and it felt pretty nice =0)

Great static time KP, puts many of the guys to shame I'll bet! Well done

Azapa even more impressive was my crash landing into the comp going cold turkey no coffee, milk or cheese - having literally come off a 24 hour work bender where i was drinking caffeine like every 3 hours. :naughty

I am proud to say i have not had a cappuccino or an esspresso (sniff) since May 6th and will see how long i can go! rofl

rice milk is my friend :t
