Found out today that there will be a screening in a few weeks in Los Angeles. Some big theater with alot of seats.

bah! I've taken plenty of pictures with Giant Squid in the past five years. Everybody seems to have a problem making out the fine silhouettes that clearly mark the squids enormous features. Perhaps I'll need to invest in a flash-bulb rated for 1000+ ft.

Yea, I know what you mean. I have been photographing the Giant Squids using a disposable camera and dive light. Of course I was freediving down to the 1000+ feet.rofl :t

The real funny thing is that my partner actually wants to do what you are talking about.:rcard

We have some Ideas for getting the shot on the "bigone" but for now with out alot of money its just some beach bar banter!
